Sarva is a serial entrepreneur and a fintech ideator. With more than two decades of experience in early stage companies and founding startups in US and India, he has harnessed emerging technologies to solve complex problems for financial enterprises across the globe. Sarva has a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT-Madras, and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM, Bangalore.

Dutt has over 30+ years of experience managing solutions and teams in trading operations, management consulting and technology. Prior to founding EZOPS, he worked at Lehman, PwC, Banco Santander, Calypso Technology, and Genpact. He was instrumental in building Calypso from a start up to $200m in revenue, as Head of the Americas. Dutt has a B.S. in Accounting from University of Bombay and an MBA from the University of Rochester.

Bikram is a technology visionary who has built services and software solutions for large global financial institutions. An early proponent of artificial intelligence powered automation’s transformative potential he has built trusted C-level relationships and has over 20+ years of experience working at firms like McKinsey, Lehman Bros, Lava Trading, Goldman Sachs, and Citi before founding EZOPS. Bikram has a B.S. in Political Science from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Greg is a Portfolio Manager and Partner of NEXT Investors. He joined Credit Suisse in 2000, and prior to taking his current role in 2013 focused on making direct private equity investments on behalf of Credit Suisse's Equities group. Before joining Credit Suisse, Greg was an associate at Insight Capital Partners, a venture capital firm. Prior to his position with Insight, he was an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. Greg earned his B.S.E. and B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania.
