Who we are looking for:
Candidate will be working with client and product management team to implement EZOPS product for clients. Candidate will be in customer facing role and will be responsible for identifying issues, building solutions ,training users etc.

Responsibilities:
• Develop sound functional and technical understanding of Client requirements, business processes , automation scope etc.
• Gather requirements, model them on EZOPS platform, engage with Clients to refine them and configure the solution as per the requirements.
• Review and research issues that arise. Pro-active communicate status of those issues with the clients.
• Provide domain and subject matter expertise.
• Present and train Business Users on Product usage and benefits.
• Develop a customer centric approach and ability to multi-task.
• Effective product demonstrations to customers.
• Excellent communication skills.

Ideal Background:
• B.Tech
• 3+ years’ experience
• Techno-Functional Analyst experience working alongside Technology team.
• Knowledge of writing SQL queries and Python is must
• Someone who has expertise or understanding of reconciliation and financial market.

Added advantage if the candidates have:
• Knowledge of Java or any other programming language.
• Someone who has expertise or understanding of reconciliation and financial market.
