The Technical Writer will partner with development, product managers, engineers, and technical trainers to craft and refine technical documentation. The role will be to create documentation to support users in the operation of EZOPS systems. To do this you will build strong working relationships with the cross-functional product development areas of the company. You must have a hands-on approach to technology and to the products being documented.

• An understanding of the documentation development life cycle (DDC)
• The ability to write clearly, accurately and with attention to detail
• 2+ Years’ experience in a technical writing role
• Experience creating API documentation, Release Notes, and Plugin documentation an advantage

Responsibility:

• Translate technical information into clear, concise, and effective documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Document new functionality and prepare release notes in line with the EZOPS release cycle
• Understand EZOPS products and software release methodology
• Conduct research on new product features and requirements through observation and collaboration with developers, testers, system architects, business analysts, product owners and product managers
