EZOPS is seeking to hire an energetic & industrious B2B sales assistant who can join our rapidly expanding go-to-market (GTM) family. This is an entry grade role, ideally you will have some sales experience or a passion to be in sales. You like to speak to new people and start conversations? You like to support to people who are winning new business.

This is a New York based position. You should be a self-starter, who can work off your own initiative and like a variety of projects to work on at any time. You will be expected to come into the office if you are vaccinated for a minimum of 3-4 days a week.
You are someone who likes to work in a fast paced, start-up like environment which allows you the creativity to get things done but is not a large corporate matrix environment that requires decision making by committee.
You must be able to take direction, come up with solutions, to engage with your line manager on coming up with new and creative ways of working. Life is not always mapped out and neither is sales – so you need to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. This role will suit someone who likes to hustle, break through the noise, whilst still having freedom to grow and develop.
Who are we?
EZOPS offers clients an integrated data management platform to resolve data quality, automation and reporting challenges across the data lifecycle. The platform empowers users to transform data, setup and configure reconciliation rules, gain insights into root cause of breaks using machine learning algorithms, seamlessly setup rules via a UI for automated break remediation using BOTS and to create reports and dashboards with low I.T involvement. EZOPS has5 global offices (San Francisco, NYC, NJ, Dublin and Noida) and its clients include some of the largest global financial institutions.
Who will I report to:
You will report directly to our Sales Manager or Founders.
Please note this role offers a potential path to a Sales Associate opportunity in 14-18 months’ time(subject to performance). Yes, we are seeking to invest in the right candidate and bring them to the next level. If you demonstrate your ability to succeed, then we will help you step up to the next level.

· Telemarketing campaigns (calling prospects)
· Sending out emails to prospect customers
· Following up on webinars and marketing campaigns
· Contacting people on LinkedIn
· Sourcing prospect names, email addresses and contact data
· General admin and paperwork for the Sales Manager or Founders
· 1 years+ work experience in Sales admin or support or a related role
· Curious, outgoing & persistent personality that thrives on delivery and collaboration
