The role will be to work in the Client Services team to onboard new clients and advise existing clients, on our market leading software platform.
· Client Advisory during System Implementation
· System SME for all client issues
· Training Clients on use of System
· Business Analysis of Client Operational Issues
· Explaining client issues to Product Management & Technology Teams
Who we are looking for:
Someone with experience of Financial Services Operations with the capability to become a system SME and interact with clients to present how our system works and can work for clients. It is important you understand financial products and operational processes in Financial Services. 2+ years in an Operations/Analyst Role is essential.
The role is working in the Client Services team on new client onboardings.
Our main product is a Reconciliation application that uses Artificial Intelligence and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
You should have an aptitude to keep learning. What you learned in college is important, but more important is work ethic, attitude, and aptitude to learn new things. We are looking for inquisitive minds who are interested int he intricacies of financial products, operational processes, and new technologies. Candidates should be analytical and possess problem solving skills.
