- Bookkeeping using Quickbooks
- Expense management
- Communicating with clients and vendors
- Other ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within the financial services Industry
- Expense Management – Experience using a digital system
- QuickBooks experience is a MUST skill
- Basic IT skills and software proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Professional and enthusiastic communication skills
