We are an international FinTech startup looking for a Bookkeeper/Admin for our growing Dublin office. The right candidate is enthusiastic and professional and can help keep the office running and our busy team happy and organized. Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping, Quickbooks knowledge an advantage
  • Coordinating with Accountants
  • Expense Management
  • Communicating with clients and vendors
  • Travel & Office Coordination for Staff
  • Other ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks
  • Coordinating Interviews and Hiring

Qualifications:

  • Some Bookkeeping skills
  • Expense Management – Experience using a digital system
  • QuickBooks experience is a MUST skill
  • Basic IT skills and software proficiency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products(Outlook, Excel, etc.)
  • Professional and enthusiastic communication skills
